Program terms

Borrower pays for fees upfront and will receive a 0.50% lender credit and will only be awarded upon successful close of borrower’s residential purchase or refinance transaction. Borrowers will need to meet all underwriting guidelines at the time of the application. Upfront fees and the standard closing costs will still apply. Only one coupon per transaction. This coupon is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value.
